      Great initial training Pays well You are given a lot of autonomy

      Cons

      Takes time to be successful and you need to put in hard work Very busy role - not suitable for everyone's work/life balance (travel, nights away)

      Real family feel to the company Excellent team internal and external Quality products High quality training Great support from management Diverse specification sales role, meeting all types of customers and specifiers Good basic and bonus structure

      Cons

      If you are happy to work hard and put the effort in the rewards are great, maybe not a con but Delabie are a company that reward people who have great work ethics. Not a company if you are looking for an easy sales role

      Good product. Great internal team

      Cons

      All travel time in Personal time. Nights, early mornings. Ridiculous expectations on work/home life balance. Not diverse, often single out employees that don’t fit their mould. Recruitment process is far too long
