      Pros

      Wonderful company with passionated, talented and caring people + with a great product ! Very challenging environment drived by innovation and where you never get bored. You have a chance to build a lot of new things and, when you look back, you realize what has been achieved and this makes you proud. I feel really lucky to have experienced such a professional adventure.

      Cons

      Transition period because of the growth of the company, internationalization, new Management Team... Change is not always easy but brings also good things we should focus on. Communication will be key to reach this goal.

      Pros

      Deezer is a great place to work and grow as a professional. The challenges to overcome within the company as well as within the sector are multiple creating a stimulating working environment! I am proud to work with many talented individuals who care about the product and the compnay and who contribute greatly into making Deezer what it is today. This has been one of the most enriching experiences i've ever had.

      Cons

      A lot of young managers lacking managerial experience but with great potential to become leaders in a few years. Lack of internal communication which is getting better and better due to everyone's efforts to make a contribution and find the right tools & timing to transmit key information internally.
