Company with entrepreneurial spirit. Very fun to work on an online music business, great place to learn must do's and don't s for a successful online business.

Cons

No clear vision, no clear goals, lack of professionalism for a company that big and funded. Desitions come always from HQ experience without taking in count complexities and necessities for each market.
