      Pros

      Great product, very agile and fast moving teams, and good spirit to build something special. Clear focus on execution and how to develop the markets from the leadership

      Cons

      Lots of changes in the last years which were needed but took time. Still lacking a bid the international spirit and attitude.

      Great for people who want to work for a cool challenger

      Pros

      Deezer is a challenger in a very competitive environment. As an employee you can really make an impact and create cool things to compete with the big guys. Budget is also there. The music industry is obviously an interesting place to be in as well and you change the way people listen to music.

      Cons

      So far I didn't encounter real negative things. It's of course challenging sometimes to work in 182 countries at the same time and respect all the cultural differences but it's also part of the fun.

      Challenge, Stimulation and Passion

      Pros

      - Working in the music industry in general and in the streaming business in particular nowadays is very stimulating. Deezer, as the french leader, has to fight every day against the big others and it gives us a daily positive pressure. - Talented and dynamic teams (+ very nice and fun people!) - Music everywhere - Great work environment (located in the center of Paris, Kitchen, Gym, Garden, nice meeting rooms - even if we don't have as many as we need!, Afterwork every Friday, parties every 3 months...)

      Cons

      - Long and sometimes unclear decision making process, which is not aligned with the speed of the business - It moves fast so you'd better keep the pace!
