      Not the worst, not that great either

      Pros

      - Attractive healthcare plan - CSE with lots of advantages and activities (sports, arts, travels) - Great colleagues and chill atmosphere - Interesting learning opportunities for rookies - Good profit-sharing and incentive plan for bonuses (but only compensates for the low base salary)

      Cons

      - Poor base salary compared to other tech companies - Pay raises are very low even if you perform well - Terrible campus location - Aging tools and very slow R&D process - Managers have no real power and can only follow orders from above - Company values only apply when it suits them, especially "challenge the status quo" - Leadership team doesn't listen to feedback from employees: nothing changes year after year in GPTW surveys yet they focus only on the good parts and brag about it, still no real remote work policy even after COVID...

      holidays, wages, remote work, working hours, great name on a resume

      Cons

      too much politics, ageing technologies, too many frustrated people who stay there just because they cannot go anywhere else anymore. Golden cage
