      Pros

      The company is very stimulating, it looks modern an open to new technologies. It gives the feeling that individuals are rewarded for their commitments. It makes people work a lot.

      Cons

      A lot of pressure is put on employees. When you become too influent of ready to get a promotion, suddenly things get bad. I knew a lot of people who suffered disgrace or health problems due to stress.

      -Ok work hours -Ok colleagues -Not demanding (in terms of level)

      Cons

      -Management pretends to know what they are doing very seriously but basically it is going nowhere -promotions are almost inexistent, career management is non existent -No one will either teach you anything, you will contribute most until you dry up -rigid silo structure with same 10 initial friends ruling over 10,000 employees -poor level in analytics -obsession with maintaining high profit margin at 30% at the expense of investments, trainings, employees benefits, systems

      Pros

      Competitive Salary Interesting Project Relaxed environement and lot's of interesting and competent people.

      Cons

      -management that create entropy by having poor technical background -permanent internal competition that leads to poor strategy decision\ -No recognition for programer. You have to become a manager if you want too be recognize. But it's often people who don't know how to code, and spend lot's of time in meeting, who get promoted. Thus there's a disconnection between management and programmer.
