Private healthcare is pretty good

Cons

Over 20 people have handed in their notice or left between the Ecom and technology teams alone since September. In the worst affected team it was 10 out of 14 colleagues, if that doesn’t reflect more management what does? Not sure how they can come back from this, the people that haven’t left aren’t staying because they are happy, they are just trying to find other jobs.
