Pros

Relatively easy, digestible work for people who don't mind the pressure of KPIs (even though they're fairly achievable ones with effort). Sad to know the dedicated knowhow roles are no longer a thing but I'd still work there again if there was an opening.

Cons

Management can walk the line between complacent and overbearing dependent on their mood. This gets better if you can handle your first year and get settled in, but the pressure is definitely on for that first 6 or so months.

Pros

When you start in store you get good training which continues - the company care that you know the tech to sell to customers. Good opportunity for bonus based on sales and recognition when you do well. Discount in 10% which isn't too bad.

Cons

Sometimes you have too many customers to deal with, and it's tough to give them the attention, but most of the time it's ok.
