I joined the company late 2023 and have had an amazing experience. What stands out to me the most is equal treatment and opportunity. I also love the fact that you are heard and seen and there is a lot you can do at the business, thereby up-skilling in the process as well as opportunities for career growth. I have witnessed colleagues who have started as casuals and have progressed to better levels. There is a lot of diversity and that makes the working experience better than places i have worked before.
