All our colleagues have the training they need to put our customer first and to ensure we are offering any service or credit option responsibly. All our retail colleagues have a central induction at The Academy in Fort Dunlop where they get to learn all about customer service, meet suppliers and receive training on the latest technology. Pros

The coworkers were all friendly and keen to offer help when it was busy. The training was informative and useful. Get rewarded for reaching targets and a nice employee and family discount!

Cons

Extremely hard targets to meet unless you like lying to customers and forcing them to buy cover for products that come with a free warranty anyway. Managers put immense pressure on you rather than offering help.

We were very sorry to hear your experience – that doesn’t sound right at all. In our retail stores we do have targets to achieve, but our focus is on the customer. By offering the right product ranges and services for their needs, we are making our customers happy and achieving store performance targets. At a lot of our stores and sites, we have introduced schemes such as ‘babble boards’ and feedback boxes to help provide an easy way of giving anonymous feedback straight to senior leaders. discount is handy when management has a good day they are great the benefits are okay if you're interested in that sorta thing

Cons

staff are rude and cliquey there is always drama certain areas of the store are understaffed management is hit-and-miss no room for growth Commission isn't great the sales targets are unrealistic
