      discount is handy when management has a good day they are great the benefits are okay if you're interested in that sorta thing

      Cons

      staff are rude and cliquey there is always drama certain areas of the store are understaffed management is hit-and-miss no room for growth Commission isn't great the sales targets are unrealistic
