Great work/life balance Permanent remote working Discount on great tech Company is well run so annual bonus payouts are regular Good amount of annual leave Nice benefits including dental care

Cons

Depending on department, there’s nearly no upward career mobility. Depending on your department/manager, pay is very static. Annual inflation increase but that’s about it at junior-mid levels. Only real way to get paid more is to change roles. Loads of talk about diversity but quite a few departments look like they didn’t get the memo.
