Pros

a good place to work long hours talking to customers to get better sales, also to get better numbers

Cons

not enough pay not enough bonus bonus is getting cut so much that its just not worth it anymore i do the most in sittingbourne and its just not enough

Pros

Very flexible with remote / onsite working, with expectation of min 2 days in the office per month 30% company bonus, based on individual and business performance

Cons

Lack of support from the business to manage individual performance. Toxic culture of colleagues raising grievances, rather than having a conversation to resolve an issue. Wellbeing is a tick box exercise, with the EAP number sent to you so they cover their backs.

Good benefits package, remote roles for head office staff, trying to increase flexibility, nice people, trying to improve all the time

Cons

Very lean teams with busy agendas so lots to do. Sometime prioritisation needs to be a bit more ruthless
