Complete disregard for employee wellbeing - changes to working time meant I was forced out of my job due to a pre existing medical condition. Manager was unable to answer any of my questions, nor do anything to effectively make the job workable, as First Line Managers are completely disempowered and anyone above them just doesn't care.

Seriously, look at the trustpilot reviews to see the level of service you are allowed to give to customers. There is no feeling on this earth worse than wanting to do more for someone, and not being capable of it. Making the extremely priveliged Eton Student Sebastian James even more money is not justification enough for ripping off customers.
