Pros

Good colleagues, busy and energising around Black Friday and Christmas. Opportunities to invest in shares and customer service based bonuses.

Cons

Dodgy managers, constantly manipulating figures, giving customers discounts and freebies to take extended cover! A culture of pressure and unachievable targets

Pros

It has a really good bonus system so you end up getting paid more than your wage. It is also really good if you are a people person as speaking to and helping people is key to the role.

Cons

That it is so focused on selling the insurance policy's and instant replacement that it can take away the actual purpose of the job.

Pros

£300 a month bonus if you get your head down (I managed it nearly 12 months on trot) Good Canteen Awesome People (If you search for em)

Cons

Complete disregard for employee wellbeing - changes to working time meant I was forced out of my job due to a pre existing medical condition. Manager was unable to answer any of my questions, nor do anything to effectively make the job workable, as First Line Managers are completely disempowered and anyone above them just doesn't care. Recruitment team lied about promotion schemes, meaning I had to wait 15 months for a promotion instead of the promised 3. When FLM was questioned, said "they do it all the time" Lack of planning e.g windows 10 launch, and using knowhow as an overflow line for microsoft whilst not informing employees beforehand. Seriously, look at the trustpilot reviews to see the level of service you are allowed to give to customers. There is no feeling on this earth worse than wanting to do more for someone, and not being capable of it. Making the extremely priveliged Eton Student Sebastian James even more money is not justification enough for ripping off customers. Delapidated building Company are janky about paying holiday time etc if you quit
