      Pros

      Fair pay, meet some good people, generally not too challenging(to some extent). Good retail experience to have.

      Cons

      Horrible system of how to treat customers, targets have to be met and products must have so many extras added on to them it even annoys me when trying to sell everything. Their's too many part's of the company you are trying to sell that it becomes repetitive and boring. Management can be harsh and don't care that much about employees unless they're making good sales.

      Pros

      The company sells cutting edge technology, which is great if you love technology. You get a discount on that. You work with mostly nice people, but beware the cross-brand politics.

      Cons

      Labelling the Dixons/Carphone merger as one "of equals" is grounds for false advertising. Dixons has usurped the Carphone culture resulting in many of the innovators and top talent leaving the business. The mood within the business has gotten much more serious and too much bureaucracy exists to innovate.
