      Great team and nice to work with the public in retail

      Targets too aggressive and made the work highly pressured. Always ended up working more than was contracted.

      Pros

      This is undoubtedly a very dynamic company with intense, exciting activity in the digital design department. The office in North Acton is incredibly spacious and it really seems like a small town of industrious employees where everyone knows exactly what to do.

      Cons

      I didn't feel like I was managed very well, to the extent that my managers really seemed to slow my job down rather than to make it easier. Employees don't speak to each other and this caused that sometimes I couldn't progress in my job because I was lacking the necessary assets and feedback to keep designing. I had to rely on my own motivation and enthusiasm as the management wasn't motivational in any way.
