Pros

Average pay. Subsidised canteen with a further discount. Free onsite parking

Cons

Management is a shambles. Binned all my personal belongings. Told my team members I'd quit but they'd actually fired me for being put on 2 weeks sick by the doctor. Incomplete training by someone who was not willing to train the team.

Pros

It was certainly never boring... There are some good people working here and some interesting work. The canteen in Acton is excellent. Unfortunately the cons very much outweigh the pros.

Cons

- Horrible working environment in the Acton office - noisy and too many people crammed together with woefully inadequate soundproofing, storage and personal space. We complained so many times, and offered constructive suggestions, but nothing ever changed. - Totally incompetent HR - they messed up my pay, pension, benefits, holiday allowance - everything! Issues took hours and hours of working time and a lot of continued effort to resolve. - Inadequate IT systems that broke down frequently leaving people unable to work... so ironic. - Lack of communication, people not talking to each other and U-turns were rife. - Generally very chaotic environment.

Pros

-Competitive salary -Modern office -Young atmosphere -Great team building/Social events

Cons

Spanish Team If you want to be a slave, this is your place. You will absolutely accept orders from your management without question anything. Local market is always right and you should do things their way. Promotion procedures are not only transparent, even people who do not match the requirements are promoted just because they get on well with Managers. Managers don't listen and don't care about what is going on in the deparment, if workload is too high, if systems blocked...you will hear them just laughing all day as everything goes smoothly. No chance for career development. They are not interested in why you leave the company nor offer you options to change internally or motivate you in your position.
