Pros

I honestly cannot see a positive side, it was easy to get the job, that's really the only upside

Cons

I had to deal with so many customers that had been treated badly, that it made my job harder and harder, knowing that at any stage I could encounter a normally reasonable person who had become enraged about a broken tv or dishwasher. The way we treat customer's reflects directly back to us , always trying to squeeze money out of customers who just need help is wrong, it will ruin this company. I had to leave on moral grounds.

Worst company ever

Pros

Nothing good to say about the place. No toilets or canteen facilities . You don't get proper breaks. No visablity on the commission earned. Regional managers are bullies. If you don't hit targets they threatened you with proformace management no job security. They hire 8hr contracts so anyone full time spend there time fixing other sales personnel issues. Alex CEO is really trying to make change but the middle regional manahers and the ones above are as dodgy as the mafia. Huge amount of GDPR breaches but they just need the numbers and they don't care how. HR isn't fit for purposes and most of there info in bases on UK rules as it based in the North. HR are only there to cover regional backs they don't care about the people. This company is in ruins and they are sinking ship. STAY WELL AWAY. WORST 18 MONTHS OF MY LIFE.

Cons

Are read above and do not work for this company. It is awful

Pros

Nice people Staff benefits - good perks at work Free parking

Cons

HR is subjective dependent on managers who don't have experience. Managers are quick to have vendettas. You will give money away to keep bad processes quiet. Staff are open about hating the company and are not there for long term unless they haven't got the experience to go anywhere else. Interviews are unfair - a recent position went to someone after a 'quiet word' was had, with no interview. People with skill are made to feel outsiders through snide comments or exclusion. Anyone is recruited which leads to a lot of bad performers and poor behaviours. No long term aim. Call avoidance is rife. The culture of the place is only okay because of some of the people who work there.
