okay to start off with

Pros

lots of people to meet as there are many departments in hq vibrant environment for interaction canteen food is okay

Cons

travel to north acton is problematic from south london inability of management to coach and develop staff austerity measures have cut training budget

Pros

- Friendly staff, aside from a few of the typical jerks - Interesting place to work - A sense of pride if you manage a "great", sale, which isn't often

Cons

- Management set stupid targets to sell products which people genuinely don't want (whatever happens, tech guy services) then have a go at you when you can't sell them. - Awful hours which are scattered all over the week - Fragmented training - Stressful

good money, good discounts, friendly staff, training is very good, usually sent to london for a few days for detailed training

Cons

customers, company is becoming quite amercanised, if you dont reach target you dont get a bonus
