Okay Company, Questionable management choices

Good honest work, advancement opportunities, Employee owned-ESOP, Successful in industry, industry leader.

Cons

Questionable Managment choices, they do not respect family life. Often demanding your to work late at the last minute regardless of family commitments such as picking up kids from school.

Promises of top training did not happen, management constantly in flux, no direction. Does not pay for auto expenses and commission pay low. Upper management not following up as promised.
