Pros

My team provides a supportive work culture. There are opportunities for growth and development, and hard work is recognized. Communication from management is mostly open, and the compensation and benefits package is competitive in my team. Culture and values are evolving with the evolution of Contentsquare - while there have been growing pains, we're evolving as a company, as it's right and understandable that there will be changes. I'm embracing them.

Cons

I understand that my personal experience with the company has been positive. However, I am aware that this may not be the case for everyone, especially with respect to those who were impacted by restructuring or layoffs, as well as for those who are not former employees of Heap and HotJar. Some concerns have been raised about the continuity of remote work, but the merger of three companies has seemed to have helped to address these issues. There seems to be a limitation on internal mobility beyond one's direct team, and there is a lack of clarity on career frameworks and competencies for different roles. Although there are opportunities for growth and development within an employee's immediate team, there is a need for pathways that allow employees to explore roles and opportunities outside of their current department.

Thank you very much for your thorough review. First of all, we appreciate the fact you’re embracing the evolution of the company. It goes hand in hand with new opportunities and a supportive environment is essential in such times. We’re glad you get to experience it. The internal mobility program is currently being revamped to have a transparent process, make career evolution outside of one’s department easier and promote internal moves. Career frameworks have been updated recently and are detailed in Confluence, please refer to the page and its points of contact if anything remains unclear. Thanks again for your detailed and pertinent advice. It will be transferred to leadership. We’re lucky to count you amongst us!

Pros

Fantastic company culture which values creativity and being yourself. Hybrid working, international colleagues and teams, fast paced.

Cons

Lack of diversity in leadership and the lack of action to improve the status quo is frustrating and demotivating for people who want to grow their careers.

Pros

Good startup culture and benefits

Cons

The company is spread across different continents, and if you have to work with teams across time zones, that will be inconvenient.

Thank you for your feedback. Indeed, connecting with people in different time zones can be tricky! It's part of being a global company, which brings us a diversity of cultures and knowledge. We wish you all the best!
