Pros

Great tech, great people, great benefits

Cons

Company didn't have its TAM market together, hired too many people. On the sales side its a revolving door.

Pros

Really good benefits and I have to say that Product Manager, Product Design and fronted coworkers were awesome

Cons

Management with lack of experience and really bad communication skills. Incomplete feedback and support, when asking for a more complete feedback then gashlighting

Thank you for your feedback. Although we're glad you've enjoyed the company benefits and appreciated your coworkers, we're very sorry to read that during your time here you've had a negative management experience. We are constantly offering developmental opportunities for our leaders and are currently building and boosting feedback practices through various enablement opportunities and resources for managers.

Pros

The companies coming together in the merger (Contentsquare, Hotjar, and Heap) all have great things about them from both a product and a culture perspective.

Cons

I'm not sure that leadership is able to see and adopt all of the great things from each of the companies. The bias continues to heavily favor Contentsquare in all areas, which is a bummer because I can see a very promising future.

Thank you very much for your review. Acquiring two companies and becoming one entity creates inevitable change and challenging moments. The best is done to ensure equitable benefits and profit from what each company has to offer. If you did not get the chance, please watch the recording of the latest All Hands meeting to gain insight into the merger checkpoints and the progress being made.
