Good compensation. US Sales leaders who came over were great, but have all left now

Cons

We were sold the pre IPO vision, lots of people left great companies to join the “rocket ship” but it never panned out. Hired way too many people for the market demand, product was too expensive and not seen as that valuable. It’s too bad because a lot of people are left looking for work now
