Pros

They try to pretend to be open and nice but thats only on paper. They’re like a cult - promoting group thinking and the minute you raise your voice or disagree, they will push you out.

Cons

They have a really inexperienced management along with a very toxic working environment. -Poor pay, having employees pay for their own transportation, offering poor meal benefits is their definition of “valuing their employees” - Very very poor management and feels like is there only because of personal friendships with the upper management. Absolutely no vision or charisma. -Absolutely no room for growth, very superficial training. -Only join this company (cult) if you either love working in a toxic environment or if you are a senior leader who would like to make life hell for others. - They promote mental health days but it is all balderdash. In reality, they will ensure you suffer from depression and will ensure you question your own self of worth. - No accountability for higher ups - They are very manipulative about reviews on glassdoor, and reply to reviews with data - which is absolutely trashy as the management forces you to answer all questions on employee reflection/feedback forms positively, so naturally their data looks good - but do NOT fall for it (Im sure they will throw in some pseudo positive “recent survey” results to this review too) . They are very careful about their image as they are about to go public but even several from senior leadership have sued the company multiple times for mental harassment. Overall the worst company to be a part of.

Beware in 2024!

Pros

- There's some good people there! - Lots of interesting challenges to solve for product teams. - Compensation is competitive.

Cons

- They've underperformed for the past couple of years, so they need to make some big changes to turn things around. As a result the atmosphere and culture is quite negative and chaotic currently. - 2024 is likely to be a reform year for them, there's a chance that they will come out stronger, but it is likely to a rocky and confusing time at the company so would beware joining this year. - Ultimately the senior leadership is not top tier, and there is a real lack of vision or clear strategy from them. - If you're looking for a *dynamic* tech company would def advise avoiding, they are pretty corporate!

Thank you for your review. Indeed, 2024 is a very important year for the company. After experiencing spectacular growth, now is time for solidification and ensuring a bright future for the company and its employees. We encourage anyone confused about the company strategy to reach out to their HRBP and/or manager, as well as join the company-wide meetings and follow the comms.

Pros

- a select few coworkers that are smart and kind - opportunity to travel to Paris HQ if you’re lucky - can have a good WLB depending on your manager/team

Cons

- 95% of the people here are extremely incompetent - toxic leadership that has turned a blind eye multiple times to bullying, sexual harassment, etc. - historically reliant on acquiring smaller companies rather than developing the product internally - while technically still a startup, processes and teams here are way more siloed and inefficient than i’ve experienced at other startups - feedback that’s given to management will be either politely dismissed or you will get a blatant “you should just be grateful that you’re here” type of response - extreme nepotism - i cannot tell you how many family members (or family friends) of senior leadership works here
