Great leadership, great product, great culture

Pros

I have been at Contentsquare for 7 yrs. The company has a great vision, led by the founder (CEO). The product has a wow factor when companies see it for the first time. The people are all A-players and genuinely nice (example being the CRO called me out of the blue just to see how I was doing and if he could support with anything). Good visibility in monthly exec share and tells on roadmap, finances etc. The benefits are great including well-being allowance, 4 months pat leave and breakfast provided every other day.

Cons

Growing pains, however this can be expected at any company and the management team acknowledge this and don't shy away from it.
