Good technology. A lot of talented and passionate people.

Cons

Senior Leadership not qualified to lead the company to the next level. Need more focus on existing customers to help them drive value with the solution and less focus on chasing new customers and the dream of going public. Do the right thing for your clients and customers and the financial benefits will come naturally.
