Pros

The product is amazing, brand recognition is a significant advantage, and hard work can lead to advancement! The workplace culture is excellent. Everyone enjoys their work while always being ready to help each other. Grass isn't always greener.

Cons

Compensation is low compared to most of the market.

Pros

They struggle with their sales. Management is really bad; giving you false information, telling lies ....

Cons

They actually pay ok although zero pension.

Pros

It is probably okay if you join as a new person without the baggage of all the company's past decisions. ICs as people are great.

Cons

Chaos. Clueless senior leadership (although some promising changes happened on the board). They ruined most of the companies that they acquired. Leadership is sales-driven, with little care about actual customer or employee needs. Employees are mostly treated as overpaid resources. The merge was done horribly.

Thank you for your feedback. The acquisition of Heap and Hotjar by Contentsquare was a challenging period for many of us. Three companies means three different cultures and ways of working. Our recently updated values as well as our new identity are pillars of this transition. They will be part of the enablers of a unified prosperous future. Employees are the cornerstone of Contentsquare and their well-being is essential, multiple policies and programs exist to ensure so. We encourage you to reach out to your People Business Partner to address the issues you have raised together.
