      NY office needs help

      Pros

      - some people are nice - some snacks in the kitchen - fly to Paris for team building - collaborate with people from different backgrounds

      Cons

      - some people are extremely rough around the edges - favoritism is alive and well - CEO is very short with people (if they asked how you would work with having the CEO so close to you THIS is why) - NO organization - faux culture ( trying to replicate the French atmosphere in NY but it’s not working ) - mediocre benefits

      SOME of the people you meet are one in a million and a true pleasure to work with.

      The company is very young in terms of growth and needs a lot of help if they want to retain staff Too many young managers with lack of experience No management structure in place Depending on when you started the company favouritism is given

This company is full of energetic, enthusiastic, super smart people, working super hard, playing even harder to make it happen. Every day we are inventing a product, a market, a new way of working. Cross team collaboration, customer intimacy and transparence on goals and vision are key pillar of our success. Last but not least, this is a global company with more than 25 nationalities, offices in Europe and in the US This is the most exciting adventure I ever saw

      Don’t expect to rest when working at ContentSquare. This company is moving very fast, is very demanding and needs a high level of commitment
