Very clear responsibility in my perimeter, and I can extend it if I prove to do more! A lot to learn everyday and the team is ready to support. And really having fun working here.

Pros

A french unicorn. Great company with some challenges. Grown fast and constantly changing. Great product, great client base, strong team spirit. Needs entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude and solution thinking. Salaries are good and so are benefits.

Cons

Some people are immature, complain a lot and spread negativity in the office. The company is growing fast. Need to be better organised and structured. Communication has to be improved. Same for relathionship between different offices (France, UK, USA).
