Fast growing, fast changing, for better and for worse

Blazingly fast growing company within the French ecosystem. This means everyone can enjoy an outstanding room to have an impact, to suggest and implement new ideas. Unique opportunity to experience a wide spectrum of challenging situations, thus to learn and grow up with the company. Be prepared to experience sudden target changes though.

Cons

Although the tool they develop is full of stimulating engineering challenges, company seems to be mostly driven by product and sales. Giving more autonomy to software engineering teams, to contribute more actively to the product/business, could ultimately lead to a sane engineering culture. Was getting harder to get support to actually implement some ideas as everyone looked overly busy. Needed to push harder and harder to make things move towards the expected direction.

ContentSquare is one of the fastest paced company I've ever worked for. The vision is brilliant and the solution is a Must Have. The company is going to lead the market for sure. The main question is not how... but when? The team is extremely talented and everything is in place to retain the people.

Cons

Processes need to be continuously improved since the company is recruiting a lot all the time (almost 100 people joined the family in 2017).

From your first week there shall be a considerable amount of responsibility handed to you, allowing an individual to make a significant difference within the business from an early stage. -Atmosphere: the work atmosphere in the office is warm and lively, everyone in the office is very approachable and more than happy to help. -Tremendous culture: team spirit, open door policy, international environment and flexibility

Cons

As the team is growing fast, process and middle management is not consolidated yet, there is still a lot of room for growth.
