- global rocket ship - working with smart people - selling a product that actually makes a difference - Love our Contentsquare Foundation, UX for all - leadership has a clear vision, shows empathy and believes in uniqueness

Cons

It is a fast growing company and not everything is written in stone. So if you look for a corporate company with clear politics don't join. You can still create your own career path and doors are wide open. If taking initiative, having a pro-active attitude and daring to ask questions is not in your nature I would not recommend this company

From the very first call with the head of talent to my final call with the hiring manager and everyone in between (including the CEO) the level of professionalism, team spirit and enthusiasm was one of the main reasons I decided to join Contentsquare.

The energy, passion and momentum is fantastic and rooted in true values around diversity and inclusion. On all levels, Contentsquare is positioning itself to succeed as high paced growing SaaS company that still embraces and values its employees. It is wonderful to be a part of this team.

Cons

With fast market growth and opportunity comes consistent change. For many change is not a good fit for their work style, but I see it as an opportunity to create, innovate and drive value.
