Pros

- The recruiting process was very professional. As part of their process you also get to meet the members of your team, which I had never experienced before and made a big difference in my decision. - People of my team were extremely nice and welcoming and I could already feel that they were happy at Contentsquare. - Fast growing company with lots of opportunities to learn and develop yourself. - Very powerful product. - Good salaries and HR support.

Cons

- Working in a digital fast-growing company is definitely not the right option if you are used to routine. - The benefits vary depending on the region, but they could definetely be improved :)

Pros

Fantastic culture. Welcoming, authentic, collaborative, passionate people on every team. Many amazing leaders. Strong feeling of togetherness and excitement about company growth. Culture of collaboration and support. Super fast evolving, and exciting category to be a part of, especially as the category leader. Top tier customers and use-cases. Good mix of new and very-tenured employees. Specific to the SDR team: lots of amazing veteran AEs to be mentored by, culture of recognition, lots of opportunities to develop relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with people in sales engineering and marketing, and maybe most significantly, opportunity to prospect for large deals to a wide range of personas at the biggest and most interesting target accounts Career ladder from SDR to AE is not currently a pro but I suspect that once "Sr SDR" and "Associate AE" roles are fully created, that will be one too

Cons

Skills development and career growth from SDR to AE have not always been consistently strong, but it sounds like exec leadership is working hard on this and there have been new senior hires recently specifically for this

We really appreciate the feedback. As you have stated we are making SDR career growth a priority and we will be working on putting a structure and process in place to make sure we can improve on this point.
