Working here for several years, I met a lot of great and passionate colleagues! Team spirit is the key of success from the beginning in CS. Teams are talented and it's really motivating working with people all around the world on same projects, sharing experiences and expertises. My job well evolved, growing with my team avoiding routine and following the growth and success of the company. Your colleagues are not just your table neighbors, they are your babyfoot and party partners too. It's a CS pillar: kindness between most of employees, sharing work & fun moments.
Cons
As many startups, we grew up fast: changing processes, ways of work, teams members, so you have to adapt yourself and follow the rhythm. Some people could be lost during these changes and not lived that like a positive challenge. In some teams, there is really a lack of processes what could be inefficient and sometimes a real waste of time. Other team members had to work hard to solve these organization & work problems. I'm confident with real issues soon on that topic.
