Pros

Not much demand, so there's plenty of time for learning other stuff

Cons

Micromanagement, slow processes, and what makes me more stressed, things that are simple are just made complex for the sake of it

Pros

Contentsquare has established a strong reputation as the go to leader in digital experience. As the company continues to grow and expand its presence throughout the world, I am very excited about the potential for personal success and growth. The trajectory of the company is truly special and I look forward to being a part of this exciting journey and contributing to its continued success. The SDR Manager, Nick, always makes himself available for coaching and truly cares about the wellbeing of his team. One of the things I noticed right away was that Nick never asks you to do something that he wouldn't do himself and is always open to constructive feedback. Weekly 1:1's provide the opportunity to ask questions, talk strategy, refine your process, and even discuss life outside of work. Onboarding was quick and the training resources were easy to digest. I've often found that experience is the best teacher (particularly in sales), but training materials are always available for you to reference if you want to expand your product knowledge or revisit certain materials. Plus, the team typically hosts weekly learning and development sessions to sharpen your skills and ask any questions. Working from home (Monday & Friday) and working from the office (Tues-Thurs) provides a great balance. The team is very helpful, welcoming and professional, but knows how to have fun while getting things done. The office is located in a WeWork so the free coffee, kombucha, and other amenities are a great perk as well!

Cons

The SDR position has a lengthy program in place to mentor, develop, and promote its reps to an AE role. To be fair, this was discussed in the interview process and if you are committed to learning and honing your sales skills to ensure you are capable of taking that next step, then you couldn't ask for a better place to be!
