      My experience with Conduent (Spoiler, it was bad)

      Pros

      Working from home was nice, Original manager was very understanding and caring of his team on a professional and personal level. Management can make or break your experience here. This is kind of a pro, kind of a con, but they dont like to let people go so it makes you feel more secure in your job.

      Cons

      Terrible pay gaps, virtually no chance at advancement in position or pay increases despite the company profiting more and more every year I was there, understaffed the entirety of my time there, expecting employees to do more and more work with no additional compensation and being told it will lead to pay increase and/or position advancement when those things were never a reality to begin with.

      Pros

      The company did start allowing remote work

      Cons

      No pay raise or cost of living adjustment in over two years. The 401k is a joke, the company does not match per paycheck but instead holds the money for a year and you must work Jan 1 to Dec 31 to be receive a lump sum deposit

      You can learn a lot about payroll, benefits, and health&welfare.

      Cons

      Everything else. They don’t pay you enough and the temps they hire get paid more than you and they usually will get hired as full time with the same rate. So no matter how long you’ve been here you don’t get acknowledged for your achievements or work ethic. There’s no advancement here either. Also, your managers are responsible for customer service appreciation week .. we got nothing from the actual company itself lol
