You can learn a lot about payroll, benefits, and health&welfare.
Cons
Everything else. They don’t pay you enough and the temps they hire get paid more than you and they usually will get hired as full time with the same rate. So no matter how long you’ve been here you don’t get acknowledged for your achievements or work ethic. There’s no advancement here either. Also, your managers are responsible for customer service appreciation week .. we got nothing from the actual company itself lol
