Pros

Working as an apple advisor employed by Conduent is okay at time. If you know your knowledge with Apple the knowledge Is a breeze. Just keep in mind most of North America and Canadian population owns an iPhone. So back to back calls. You are moved from supervisor without any notice, schedule is suddenly and permanently changed 24 hours in advance with no notice. There is a self service time off but getting time off approved is impossible if no one swaps a shift with you. You can earn “unpaid” time off after 6 months of employment. If you miss time before then without a shift swap it’s an unexcused absence and it counts against you and your attendance. Pay is ok for someone with no kids and not many bills. Bonuses are rare. You can advance easily but the stress may not be worth it. I enjoy the option of WFH, the hours are long and no shift is just truly desirable until after years of being with the company. There are slow days but not many.

Cons

Inconsistent management, no time off, not good benefits

Pros

Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

Cons

High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
