Constant lies. Managers are NOT trained in management, they have no clue what they are doing or saying. The people teaching you have no clue what they are doing, and have no interest in training anybody, as they've been lied to and tricked into these positions that DO NOT PAY more money. Every single word they say is a lie. Their HR department will constantly and consistently DELETE all of your emails to them if you have ANYTHING negative to say or have any problems. THEY WILL IGNORE YOU. There are NO raises. There are NO bonuses. If you are looking for an HONEST company, or any company thats even just partially honest, CONDUENT IS NOT IT!

I’ve had two different projects so far. The first one was apparently seasonal (I wasn’t aware) and after a month of working there, they randomly informed me two weeks prior that I was temporarily getting laid off while they tried to find me another project. It lasted 5 weeks. They would randomly put overtime in your schedule, and although they say they can’t force you to do it, it’s your responsibility to get a supervisor to remove those hours or else you’re responsible for them and can face punitive action. With the new project, they force you to take time off when they feel like calls are slow and then make you come back when they think it’s busy. All so they can be cheap and not have to pay you. What’s the point of telling me you don’t hire part time, just to cut off 10hrs of pay per week????? And it’s random hours throughout the day too, so you can’t even properly manage a job on the side smh. You’re forced to have open availability, there’s no regard for students’ schedules or even military and it’s almost minimum wage
