If you don't care about anything, and are going to hate any job you have, and don't care about being used, abused, and lied to....then this place is perfect for you!
Cons
Constant lies. Managers are NOT trained in management, they have no clue what they are doing or saying. The people teaching you have no clue what they are doing, and have no interest in training anybody, as they've been lied to and tricked into these positions that DO NOT PAY more money. Every single word they say is a lie. Their HR department will constantly and consistently DELETE all of your emails to them if you have ANYTHING negative to say or have any problems. THEY WILL IGNORE YOU. There are NO raises. There are NO bonuses. If you are looking for an HONEST company, or any company thats even just partially honest, CONDUENT IS NOT IT!
