Pros

Only one thing which i can mention here is you will get salary on time.

Cons

Fake commitments at the time of joining. HR is very unprofessional. No Job security. No value of employees after joining. They show their interest only before joining to Collabera Never recommend to anyone. They have very good client base as they say at the time of joining. If your project ends with client, They would ask you find another opportunity outside. Without resignation your notice period would start and this might have possible you are not aware about your notice period as well. At the time of joining you are told that you would be permanent employee of collabera but the day your project ends that will be your last working day with collabera.

Pros

Salary (If you able to bargain with them)

Cons

Benefits: In the name of Benefits there will be nothing. They will ask you to $13,000 health insurance plan, so that you will take the health insurance from outside. HR: If you Call them, they won't pick your call. If you email them, you will receive an automatic reply that I am out of office and I have very limited access to email or calls. For simple documents like employment certificate they will take 2 months to provide with lot of mistakes. And even if you get the HR on phone, for every question, they will answer that let me discuss with my team and then I'll get back to you. Personally, I feel, it's a company where you can stay for 1/2 year, not more than that, because you will get frustrated and leave it.

A conversation together will be helpful to us, to our current and future employees - and hopefully also to you. We look forward to hearing from you.

Pros

- working with people your age (this can also be a con though) - kitchen with snacks - occasional happy hours - office parties - good place to start if you want to learn about recruiting (expect to self teach though)

Cons

*Disclaimer: This may vary from office to office but I see all the negative reviews are generally the same. Rumor spread that employees were paid to write positive reviews so keep that in mind when reading through these (I wish I knew that before joining) - immature managers - except to be gossiped about and have them fake care about you - it is all about the number so make sure you hit them even if it means lying - you are a number as well so get used to that feeling - gossip among employees - be prepared to compete with your neighbor (very toxic environment) - the Collabera platform is extremely outdated and slow - 99% of what you work on will be a black hole (submitting candidates through a portal NOT working directly with hiring managers) - immature coworkers - everyone is fighting for something so expect your coworkers to talk down to you and behind your back to your manager - really no room for growth - a good place to get some recruiting/staffing experience but there are much better agencies out there if you are really interested in staffing - extremely high turnover - most people leave within a year or so, turnover also in management - you will be shamed for taking vacation - most people have a ton of vacation hours that they have yet to take - all about the money and nothing else - advised to lie to candidates and give them the lowest rate possible - they hire from any background with minimal experience and no GPA requirement - if you put any effort into your schooling and internships/work you are way overqualified... look elsewhere - offshore team that is working more hours than you for a portion of the pay and they are treated horribly - compensation is very low compared to the market and other agencies
