They are cheating with candidates. They do fraud and its not a company its a scam.
Pros
Just Never join this third party payroll company. They are just spoiling the career and future of candidates hiring for only one or two months. They have their clients which basically can fire you and don't give you any reason for firing you. The client basically gambling with the client and the client treat you as a asset and if they will not give any Knowledge transfer for the project and they will just expect you to work with full fast pace without any KT or Training for the new technology.

I joined on 16th march 2020 Collabera: IT Jobs & Staffing Services as UI Developer for their client Flipkart Pvt. Ltd. But Flipkart just fire me within two months wihout giving any proper reason in the month of 22nd may 2020, Flipkart reporting manager just told me that project is just completed they don't need my service any more. I gave interview for the React.js Developer position but after selecting me they told me that i have to work on new technology Vue.js then i told to Collabera that i don't know Vue.js and in interview also they asked me all question in React.js and i have experience in React.js, at the joining time HR of Collabera told me don't worry it's Flipkart they will give good training and Knowledge transfer from their experienced Vue.js Developer and in this scam i just joined Flipkart and Collabera as my Third party payroll, In the joining time HR of Collabera told me its a long time project in Flipkart it will go for 2-3 years. If any case they will relieve you Collabera has lots of Clients and Collabera has its own project we will give you chance for our other clients and atleast we will hire you for our own project. But they just fired me within two months in this Corona pandemic. During the Joining time Corona pandemic has started and i didn't work from home earlier so i didn't have internet setup also but i was contact Internet service provider they also took time to setup the internet at my place at that situation i started my work but they fired me.
