      Pros

      I had great coworkers and good relation with management. You have feedback about company growth. You can use intranet for communication.

      Cons

      Open-space, Possibilities of career growth. Lot of clients are bad people who just want to borrow money and never give them back.. sometimes it is too much to communicate with these people.
