      Pros

      Lot of different tasks handled by myself ... which some might find difficult or stressing but I found it challenging and motivating :)

      Cons

      management organisation and leadership is not stable and reliable (transparent) to all employees ... promotion has no logic ... just because someone is x years on some position does not mean they should be promoted to team leader but this does not apply to my direct superior, he was extraordinary :) big thx to him

      Pros

      They have really good HR policies, amazing flexibility and great life / work balance. In exchange you work hard. It feels more like a family than a big corporation, which was surprising.

      Cons

      Not much downsides here. Everything about my job here was great. had one of the best managers i've ever had in my life.
