Pros

Good vacation time and immediate managers are generally great and have good intentions. Colleagues are hard working and all want to succeed (for the most part).

Cons

Even if you are top notch with repeat excellent reviews you will be waiting forever for a promotion. There are very few career paths that can be taken even though the company tries to advertise there are limitless opportunities. We all worked from home 100% successfully for over a year with some territories having record growth in 2020. now that covid is starting to be behind us the CEO drew a hard line and basically said we are a work from office company and if you don’t like it then leave. We were allowed to work remotely when it was convenient for Chubb but now all of a sudden it’s an issue. That is just what the employees want to hear after a year of hardship and performing our jobs while also having kids at home at the same time. There has been no explanation for why some positions are not being offered continued remote work after it has been proven there are no issues with it. This kind of attitude from the top really rubs employees the wrong way especially when they are overworked due to understaffing. It is no wonder more and more people are seeking other jobs. If Chubb won’t pay the same as competitors the least they can do is offer more flexibility for remote work in the jobs that can clearly succeed that way.

Pros

Working from home a few days a week

Cons

* Morale is shot to hell * Everything that was good about ACE is gone, it's pretty much Legacy Chubb which is laughable since the antiquated systems/methodologies they use leave a lot to be desired * Seems to take 3-4 people to get any one task completed * Management could not care less how you're feeling. It's all "We're moving forward and you're not allowed to have any feelings otherwise" * Don't bother giving any ideas or opinions - they don't want to hear them, even if they ask. It's just show they're putting on. * We have people in charge who have no clue how things are done * Don't get too comfortable with any workflows or system changes. Most likely they'll change again next month or the system "enhancements" will go askew because no one thought to test them or, you know, ask the people who will use the system daily for input.
