Pros

Limited work from home 1-2 days a week depending on your location

Cons

For a company that says they are green and environmentally friendly , they are holding on tight to the old school mentality of working in the office . After more than a year of successful work from home they still believe people would rather commute to an office !

Pros

They provide you food cab service at night.

Cons

Micromanagent. If you take more than 2hrs break then you are gone case. If there is no work and you are idle for 30mins that's wrong , you should keep begging for work though the other teams don't respond. They will wait for a chance to question you and irritate you. There are no learnings here, they only teach you process follow those button and click it. People here are frogs in well with no proper knowledge. Finally, before you join please learn how to handle mental pressure and getting criticised from your manager.

Pros

- Welcome Pack, laptop and mobile phone are ready for me on Day 1 - Nice office

Cons

- The Head of Department is keeping an eye on the clock. Staff members are expected to be in the office from 9am to 6.30pm despite of other commitments outside work such as having to drop off or pick up kids from day care. If you ignore this as you really need to pick up your kid and decided to leave at 5pm, you will be frowned upon - Unrealistic expectations, e.g. new team members are expected to deliver critical deadlines from Day 1 despite of minimal introduction to the company’s specific strategies and basics - Micro-management - Management fostered a culture of always provide the business whatever they want ANYTIME they want. So, last minute requests are deemed as normal and will ALWAYS need to be fulfilled. No one has ever pushed back as they view the business as king being the cash cows. This is not wrong, but to do this at the expense of their staff’s health and wellbeing is not right - Management thinks there’s nothing wrong with all of the above as they think working in their team is NOT FOR EVERYONE
