      Pros

      Legacy Chubb - Great company with wonderful people. A lot of room to advance and encouraged movement.

      Cons

      With the ACE merger, things are starting to become uncertain. The culture will be lost and the morale across the organization is low. People are jumping ship.

      Pros

      Chubb (ACE) is a great company to work for, especially starting as a professional associate. There is a lot of room for growth and job opportunities in many fields (underwriting, reinsurance, finance, etc.).

      Cons

      Technology is outdated and could definitely use a lot of updates and more support from IT. They also favor underwriting departments quite a bit. Obviously that's an integral part of the business, but the supporting roles should not feel ignored when the company needs those to succeed as well.
