      Pros

      Great Underwriting Company, Good experience. Excellent Training and Work and Family balance. Some managers were very good Mentors and help in development.

      Cons

      A lot of changings going on due to the manager. Sad to see a lot of royal employees let go.

      Great company to work for. Many advancement opportunities. Not sure what will happen now under the leadership of ACE management.

      Cons

      I/T resources are scarce and a lot of manual processes. Invest in systems and don't be penny wise and pound foolish.
