Was a fantastic place to work. Management was great at getting the best out of their people while also promoting a good work life balance. The talent was amazing. Chubb only hired who they though were the best out there. Chubb acvieved top notch results and underwriting profit and was highly regarded in the market. Hence why Ace bought us but had to keep our name.....

Cons

Ace just bought us, and they don't appear to have the slightest idea of what they're doing. They have cut out some critical ex Chubb managers from the picture and are trying to overhaul something that did not need to be overhauled.

Work life balance is respected. Employees really care about their work. Collaborative environment.

Cons

Not sure what the ACE acquisition will do to the long standing culture, but I'm trying to stay positive and hoping for the best.
