From Intern to Full-time Engineer
Pros
I started working at Checkout while I was in my last year of study in an Engineering School in France. So far it's been a great experience to work for the company and I am now a full-time employee. Awesome team to work with, technology driven, knowledgeable people, and really interesting projects to work on. really open-minded when it comes to suggestions around technical and architectural businesses in those projects. Management is good and really help you to grow your personal and technical skills. Monthly 1 to 1 with the manager helps tracking your goals and achievements as a team member. While managers still have some progress to make, training courses that have been put in place are good and suggest a bright future.
Cons
There is still a lot of place for improvements but Checkout continue to make great efforts to fill them
