      1) Profitable, fast-growing and financially backed by top investors 2) Has maintained the entrepreneurial culture and energy of a start-up 3) Tons of opportunity for learning, career growth and taking ownership 4) The People team make huge efforts in the areas of development, culture, experience etc. with dedicated teams for each 5) Management are very responsive and communicate company objectives and updates transparently at frequent AEMs

      1) Growing so quickly means constantly moving offices, which can be disruptive

      Good salary, thats about it

      Cons

      Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
